Here I was tasked with redsigning packaging for any item and company. I chose to redesign the headphone packaging for Beats and chose to focus on showing big portions of the headphone to the buyer and laying information against a ghosted sound wave to give the package more life on the shelf. Other things I focused on were the incorporation of the headphone color all over the package. Initially I stared making drafts that would have the entire front of the package be see through allowing for the entire pair of headphones to be seen but I then changed it to only allow for have of the headphone to be visible and therefore allow for the box to be opened from one side. This was case where I think that the product is iconic or recognizable enough for it to draw attention to itself on the self which is why I wanted to show the product through the package in some way.
